"You will have significant experiences. I hope that you will write them down and keep a record of them, that you will read them from time to time and refresh your memory of those meaningful and significant things. Some may be funny. Some may be significant only to you. Some of them may be sacred and quietly beautiful. Some may build one upon another until they represent a lifetime of special experiences. " Gordon B. Keri's Cheer Routine

Check out Keri's cheer routine...

1st Place

Today was Keri's 1st cheerleading competition at the American Fork Cavemen Classic.
After months of hard work and practice her team took 1st place...

Getting Ready for Competition

Last night Keri's cheer squad got ready for the big competition...
We had a pizza party for the girls and did all of their hair in spiral curls.
It was a blast!!!

Yellow Belt

Carson has now moved up to a yellow belt status in Karate...
He was so proud of his advancement that he has been working extra hard during practices. Notice the two black lines on his belt? Those are from tests that he has taken during class and done well in.
Way to go Carson!!!!

Gary Pelkofsky

It is with a heavy heart that I post this blog tonite...
Earlier today my amazing Uncle passed away at the age of 52. A few weeks ago he went in for a simple knee surgery and there were some complications.
Usually I am full of words and things to say. But tonite those words have escaped me. Once again I am reminded of just how precious and fragile our life here on earth truly is. I have spent the last couple of hours looking through photographs and reminiscing of days gone by. And while my heart is breaking, I am deeply grateful for the time I have spent with him and for the wonderful things he has taught me and my family. His life was a gift and a blessing to us all. He will be missed tremendously.
We love you Gary!!! May you fly with the angels!!!

Perfect Fall Day

Our Little House Guest

Carson was so excited when he found this little praying mantice in our front yard. He carried it around with him everywhere he went for a couple of days. He thought it would be great if he kept him as a pet. But we convinced him to let him go back to his family where he belongs.

Cole's Concert

Wow!!! Where has the time gone? It's been quite a while since I've posted. But I'm here now, so here goes...
On August 30th Cole had the opportunity to perform a few songs at the Music School. He sang Surrender and Black Hole Sun. Then he got to sing and play the guitar for Born To Be Wild. Could he be the next big rock star? We think so...
